Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods within 14 days)<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-63f5b53 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"63f5b53\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you have purchased as a consumer (outside your business activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason.<\/p><h5><strong>Withdrawal period<\/strong><\/h5><p>14 days:<\/p><ul><li>from the date of receipt of the goods<\/li><li>from the date of receipt of the last delivery (if multiple items were ordered)<\/li><li>from the date of receipt of the first delivery (for regular repeated deliveries)<\/li><\/ul><p>To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before it expires.<\/p><h5><strong>How to proceed with a withdrawal<\/strong><\/h5><ol><li>Send an email to: <strong>info@linie4life.com<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Please specify:<\/p><ul><li>order number<\/li><li>date of acceptance<\/li><li>your name and contact details<\/li><li>a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract<\/li><\/ul><p>2. Send the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawal to the warehouse address:<\/p><p><strong>Ringhofferova 422,<br \/>251 68 Kamenice<br \/>Czech Republic<\/strong><\/p><p>The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.<\/p><h5><strong>Return conditions<\/strong><\/h5><p>The goods must be:<\/p><ul><li>undamaged<\/li><li>unused<\/li><li>unpolluted<\/li><li>if possible in the original packaging<\/li><\/ul><p>The seller is entitled to unilaterally offset compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods against the returned purchase price.<\/p><h5><strong>When you cannot withdraw from the contract<\/strong><\/h5><p>You cannot withdraw, among other things:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0for hygiene reasons for goods in sealed packaging that have been opened<\/li><li>in other cases stipulated by law<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>Refund<\/strong><\/h5><p>We will refund your money no later than 14 days after you withdraw from the contract.<\/p><p>The refund will be made in the same way that payment was received (unless we agree otherwise).<\/p><p>The seller is not obliged to refund the money before receiving the returned goods or you provide proof of their shipment.<\/p><p>If you have chosen a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest one offered, only the amount corresponding to the cheapest option will be refunded.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23b5b5a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"23b5b5a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2.
