With the coming of autumn and the resulting decrease in sunlight, we <strong>our energy is also decreasing<\/strong>And this loss manifests itself in our body in various ways, not just through less energy.<\/p>\n<p>We often <strong>tiredness<\/strong>, but at the same time we have <strong>trouble falling asleep <\/strong>or we wake up more often, which in turn makes us even more tired. The longer this state lasts, the worse we feel and the more we need to rest. Unfortunately, even rest does not give us energy. Ultimately, it may happen that when we finally manage to<strong>to catch up on the deficit<\/strong>, then we sleep for a long time again for a change and paradoxically we are<strong> even more tired<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We are <strong>irritation<\/strong>, we get angry easily, or on the contrary, we are <strong>apathetic<\/strong> and we are not interested in our surroundings.<\/p>\n<p>We are not hungry, we can suffer <strong>loss of appetite<\/strong> or even <strong>stomach ache<\/strong>In addition, we may have headaches and backaches. If you are tired, sleep deprived or overslept, you will not be able to achieve a good mood. You should spend 7-9 hours in a peaceful, undisturbed sleep. No more, no less. Ideally at night. If you have problems falling asleep, try drinking lemon balm or lavender tea before going to bed. Definitely do not fall asleep with the TV on or the light on.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relax<\/strong> \u2013 In addition to getting enough sleep, you also need to rest and relax. And by that I mean really resting, not procrastinating. Procrastination, on the contrary, will put you in an even worse mood. Really rest purposefully. Make yourself some tea or pour yourself a glass of wine. Watch a movie, read a book, paint a picture, take a bath, get a massage\u2026 Just do what you enjoy, what you miss, what you would like. When you exercise, the so-called happiness hormones are released into your blood, which will improve your mood.
