Whether you go to the gym, exercise regularly at home in front of a screen, or ride a bike or run outside, it&#039;s great. Both for your figure and your physical and mental fitness and health.<\/p>\n<p>But how do we maintain the muscles in our face? How do we prevent our cheeks and neck from sagging? The answer is simple. <strong>Facial yoga<\/strong>How to do it?<\/p>\n<p>It&#039;s really simple. These are a few exercises you can do. <strong>anytime and anywhere<\/strong>While watching a movie, while walking in the forest or perhaps while lounging at home.<\/p>\n<p>The following rules are important:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Repeat each exercise <strong>at least five times<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Hold on to each exercise <strong>5-8 seconds<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>So let&#039;s get started. During this exercise, also as much as possible <strong>pout<\/strong>If you can&#039;t do it yourself, feel free to say the &quot;O&quot; sound out loud.<\/p>\n<h4>Lizard<\/h4>\n<p>During this exercise, press <strong>lips to teeth and at the same time to each other<\/strong>. It is also good to lightly <strong>tilt your head back and lift your chin<\/strong> up. You might feel like the Grinch.<\/p>\n<p>Final release<\/p>\n<p>Just like with any other exercise, facial yoga also requires a final <strong>release<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Deeply <strong>breathe through your nose<\/strong> and then, while exhaling through your mouth, do the so-called &quot;tractor&quot;. <strong>Exhale through your mouth and let your lips &quot;bounce&quot; freely.<\/strong>Repeat this final exercise several times.<\/p>\n<p>Persevere and you will see results<\/p>\n<p>Maybe you didn&#039;t feel completely beautiful and sexy while doing the exercises, maybe you even felt weird. But try to remember how you felt when you first started working out. When you first came to the gym or went for a run. Were you beautiful and sexy? You were probably more like destroyed, sweaty and totally exhausted. But if you stuck with it, the results started to come.<\/p>\n<p>You certainly don&#039;t feel strange today. You like exercising, you enjoy it, and you see results.
