Tie\u017e regeneruje <strong>srdcov\u00fd rytmus<\/strong>, zmier\u0148uje nespavos\u0165 a zlep\u0161uje \u010dinnos\u0165 nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Rovnako tak nadmern\u00e1 konzum\u00e1cia mlie\u010dnych v\u00fdrobkov op\u00e4\u0165 vedie k <strong>nedostatku akt\u00edvneho v\u00e1pnika<\/strong> v tele.
