The letter "O"

Rolling the ball
In this exercise, you will figuratively roll a ball in your mouth. Inhale and take as much air into your mouth as possible. Then roll from one side to the other, from one cheek to the other. As if you had a ball or a big candy in your mouth. The face that is not currently airy, try your best to tighten, to pull.
Once you have completed this set, start rolling the air as well from bottom to top and back, between your lips and teeth. You might feel like the Grinch.
Final release
Just like with any other exercise, facial yoga also requires a final release.
Deeply breathe through your nose and then, while exhaling through your mouth, do the so-called "tractor". Exhale through your mouth and let your lips "bounce" freely.Repeat this final exercise several times.
