Right to complain

In accordance with Section 1914 et seq. of the Civil Code, you have the right to perfect performance.

Basic rights when making a complaint:

  • Repair or replacement of goods
  • Reasonable discount on the purchase price
  • Refund (withdrawal from contract)

Complaint procedure

  1. Report the defect within 14 days of discovery
  2. Please provide proof of purchase.
  3. Deliver the goods in their original packaging.
  4. Wait for the seller's response.

Important information:

  • Warranty period: 24 months from receipt of goods
  • Maximum processing time: 30 days
  • Return costs are borne by the customer.

Conditions of withdrawal from the contract

  • Deadline: 14 days from receipt of goods
  • The goods must be undamaged in their original packaging.
  • Exceptions: hygiene goods, digital content
