When summer becomes another project...
Summer is supposed to be a symbol of joy, freedom and well-being – but let's be honest, how many times has it become just another demanding project? Planning, packing, perfect vacation photos, the pressure to always be happy and, most importantly, to enjoy it… sometimes in the summer hustle and bustle of children, plans, trips and expectations, we forget about summer freedom, joy and well-being. And instead, we often pack stress on our vacation.
This year it can be different. And much more about you. We bring you 5 tips on how to enjoy the summer without stress and regrets – at ease, with your feet up and with what you really need.
1. Don't compare yourself to Maruška next door
Just because your neighbor is going to the Maldives doesn't mean you can't have a good time at home. Your peace and contentment are not tied to the destination. Enjoy your summer
on your own terms – a garden, a balcony, a blanket in the park or a walk on a summer morning – that's also a luxury that summer can bring you.

TIP: Enjoy your summer morning with water and a slice of lemon or with our a delicious watermelon-flavored drink, which combines the natural power of herbs and functional ingredients. You can enjoy it pleasantly chilled at any time during a hot summer day.
2. Don't try to handle everything alone.
You are not the only one who can arrange the program, trips, shopping, dinners. Involve the children in the planning, let your partner come up with dinner. You don't have to be the "director of the holiday fun" - allow yourself to be just a participant. Stop being the boss of the holidays - and allow yourself to be a part of them.
Try it like this: Calmly write down what you want and share it with your children and partner and let them plan your day for you.
3. A sausage for dinner is also dinner

You don't have to conjure up Instagram plates every night. Summer should be easy – even in the kitchen. Don't blame yourself for simple meals. Even bread with butter, tomatoes from the garden or a regular sausage are fine.
Did you know that...our body often naturally craves lighter meals in the summer? There's no need to overeat or follow strict diets. Just listen - and allow yourself some freedom in your eating.
4. Don't wait until "when" - do something just for yourself
You don't have to wait for the kids to fall asleep, for your partner to go away, for it to be quiet. Treat yourself to something beautiful just for yourself right now. A little ritual, a short moment alone, natural scents in the bath or in your room... A daily mini vacation.
Try something like: a drop of essential oil in a diffuser, a face mask and 10 minutes in silence. Make it a habit that you can easily carry over into the autumn days.
5. Don't replace your work to-do list with a list of summer responsibilities
"We have to go on a trip, visit our grandparents, pitch a tent, go to the swimming pool, to the zoo..." - you know that? A list of experiences can be nice, but true summer freedom comes when you check off the need to experience everything.
TIP: Try to plan less and experience more this year. Feel free to have days when nothing happens. Leave room in the summer for freedom. For boredom. For lightness.

Take time off without regrets
Summer doesn't have to be a performance discipline. You don't have to earn, work, or accomplish anything. You can just be – relax, read, lie in the grass. Enjoy your own pace. And maybe your family will appreciate it in the end.
