I want your purchase on Linie4Life to be safe and fair.
Below you will find an overview of your rights and procedures when returning goods or making a complaint.

1. Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods within 14 days)

If you have purchased as a consumer (outside your business activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

14 days:

  • from the date of receipt of the goods
  • from the date of receipt of the last delivery (if multiple items were ordered)
  • from the date of receipt of the first delivery (for regular repeated deliveries)

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before it expires.

How to proceed with a withdrawal

Please specify:

  • order number
  • date of acceptance
  • your name and contact details
  • a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract

2. Send the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawal to the warehouse address:

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

Return conditions

The goods must be:

  • undamaged
  • unused
  • unpolluted
  • if possible in the original packaging

The seller is entitled to unilaterally offset compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods against the returned purchase price.

When you cannot withdraw from the contract

You cannot withdraw, among other things:

  •  for hygiene reasons for goods in sealed packaging that have been opened
  • in other cases stipulated by law
Refund

We will refund your money no later than 14 days after you withdraw from the contract.

The refund will be made in the same way that payment was received (unless we agree otherwise).

The seller is not obliged to refund the money before receiving the returned goods or you provide proof of their shipment.

If you have chosen a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest one offered, only the amount corresponding to the cheapest option will be refunded.

2. Complaints (rights from defective performance)

The seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon receipt.

The buyer may file a complaint for a defect that becomes apparent within 24 months of receipt of the goods.

Complaints can be made by email to info@linie4life.com or in writing to the address of the company's registered office.

Your rights when making a complaint

In the event of a defect, you can request:

  • repair of goods
  • exchange for new
  • reasonable discount
  • withdrawal from the contract (in case of a material breach of contract)
When can you withdraw from the contract?
  • if the goods have a significant defect
  • in case of repeated occurrence of a defect after repair
  • with a large number of defects
How to proceed with a complaint

  • order number
  • description of the defect
  • desired solution

After receiving your complaint, we will send you a written confirmation of its receipt.

2. Send the goods to the warehouse address:

Complaint handling
  • We will decide on the complaint immediately, in complex cases within 3 working days.
  • The complaint, including the removal of the defect, will be handled within 30 days at the latest (unless we agree otherwise).
  • We will inform you of the result in writing.

In the event of a justified complaint, you are entitled to compensation for reasonably incurred costs.

When a complaint cannot be accepted

The complaint does not apply, for example, to:

  • normal wear and tear caused by use
  • defects that the buyer knew about before taking over
  • defects caused by improper handling
